Connection Requirements:
ChatPlace: You need a Pro plan account and a connected Instagram or Telegram account.
Kommo: You need a paid plan account.
Connection Process:
Go to the ChatPlace service integrations page: https://app.chatplace.io/integrations/connect/?label=kommo-crm
Click on the Go to Kommo button.
Log in to your Kommo account.
After successful authorization, the connection will be set up.
Using Kommo in the Automation Builder:
Go to Create Automation: https://app.chatplace.io/automations/, for example, start creating an automation from scratch.
In the automation builder, add a Message block and set up a button, e.g., "Submit Request," with a transition to the next step.
Add a new Action block.
Open the settings of the new action by clicking on the block.
In the action block settings, choose "Send data to CRM".
Next, select Kommo from the dropdown menu.
Choose the "A new lead" option to create leads in Kommo.
Complete any additional settings or skip this step. In any case, the default data will be transferred along with the creation of the lead in Kommo.
Automation Setup Complete. After setting up, when the user clicks on the "Submit Request" button in the Telegram bot or Instagram, a lead will be created in Kommo.
