If you’re running several automations at the same time, and some of them include a delay block, that delay might get interrupted — and the automation won’t continue for the user.

How to set it up:

  • Open the Automation settings on the main screen — click the three dots in the top-right corner of the automation you need

  • In the settings window, check the box “Work without interruption”

What it looks like:

What this does — This feature allows the delay to stay active and work as expected.

For example: Let’s say a user starts one automation, goes through the flow, and stops at a delay block. Then, they trigger another automation. If the “work without interruption” option is not enabled, the delay from the first automation will stop — and the user won’t get the following messages from that first automation.

That’s why it’s important to enable this feature in every automation that includes a delay block, and needs to run independently of other automations.
