Welcome buttons are an additional way to attract customers. Not all users like to leave comments, and many users will message you directly if they are interested in your product.
You can make it easier for them and find a lot of new clients, as not all users who engage with your account already know the trigger words or perform trigger actions.
Set up welcome buttons for users who open your Direct for the first time (those with whom you haven't had a conversation yet).
How to set up welcome buttons:
Go to Growth Tools
Select the “Welcome Buttons” tab
Click “Add Button”
Setting up the button:
Create a name for the button that the user will see.
Select the automation that will trigger when the button is pressed.
Save the button.
You can create up to 4 welcome buttons. The button name must not exceed 32 characters.
Choose the most important automations. These could be:
Automations that engage users with your product
Sales automations
Automations for booking consultations, etc.
