In ChatPlace, deleting clients is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. You do not pay for the total size of your client base — you only pay for interactions during the billing period. Deleting clients will not reduce your subscription cost.
Moreover, if you delete an active client and they interact with your bot again, they will be added back as a new client, triggering an additional interaction — which may increase your usage.
Important! Client profiles and all associated data are deleted permanently. Make sure to export any necessary data before deleting clients.

How to delete clients
There are two ways to delete clients, if necessary:
Delete clients individually:
Go to the Clients section
Find the client in the list and click on their profile
Scroll to the bottom of the client card
Click Delete Client
Done — the client has been removed.
2. Bulk delete clients: This option is useful when you need to clear inactive users or remove all clients connected to a specific account.
How to bulk delete:
Go to Project Settings
Open the Clients tab
Click Bulk Delete
You will see a window with additional parameters. You can choose the accounts whose client bases you want to clean and which clients to delete:
Delete all clients: Removes every client linked to the selected account.
Delete unsubscribed clients: Removes users who stopped receiving bot messages:
For Instagram — users whose 24-hour messaging window has expired
For Telegram — users who have blocked your bot
After selecting the parameters, click Delete Clients. The system will begin deleting the selected clients.
If you have a very large client base, the system may need time to process the deletion. Please wait 30–60 minutes, refreshing the page periodically.
If the client base is still not deleted after an hour, contact Technical Support for assistance.
