ChatPlace offers three pricing tiers: Free, Pro, and Premium.
The plans are designed for different needs: from testing the platform to full-scale business automation with unlimited accounts, team members, and workflows.
🟢 Free Plan
The Free Plan is automatically assigned to every new user after registration. It’s completely free, requires no credit card, and has no expiration date.
Free Plan limitations:
200 interactions per month (unique users interacting with your bot)
1 connected account or bot
No ability to add team members
No access to Gamification or ChatPlace AI
ChatPlace branding (“🤖 powered by ChatPlace.io”) displayed in each message
Limited access to many features
Once you reach 200 monthly interactions, automations are paused and chats become read-only. The limit resets every month.
To remove all limits — simply upgrade to Pro or Premium.

🔵 Pro Plan
The Pro plan is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses.
It’s flexible — you can choose which upgrades and features to include. The price depends on the selected options and the number of connected resources.

Unlimited interactions (no per-contact billing)
1 connected account or bot
Unlimited team members
No ChatPlace branding
Also includes: Integrations with external services, reception of payments, automation launch links, client base export and advanced automation builder features unavailable in the Free plan.

ChatPlace AI
This package unlocks all AI-powered features of the platform. It allows you to:
Create AI agents that interact with users in your accounts and bots.

Improve your automation scenarios and messages with AI.
Work with text content (e.g., rewriting, summarizing, generating replies).
Integrate AI directly into your automation flows.
Gamification
Available for all connected accounts (bots) within the project and works both in Instagram and Telegram. What is gamification?

AI credits billing:
1 AI credits = any message or comment sent by your AI agent. In the future, this will also include AI-powered actions inside the builder and analytics in Virale.
Pro + ChatPlace AI → 2000 AI credits included.
Additional packages: 1000 AI credits for $15.
Auto-recharge: If fewer than 50 AI credits remain, the system automatically charges your linked card for an extra package. If the payment fails, retries occur at 0 credits and again after 24 hours. After 3 failed attempts, the AI agent pauses — you’ll need to pay manually in your ChatPlace account.
Unused credits roll over to the next month.
*Annual discount: You can purchase Pro or Premium annually with a 20% discount.
Example: 12 months × $20 = $240 → $192 after discount.
The discount does not apply to extra AI credits.
If you’ve prepaid Pro for a year and want to upgrade (e.g., add an extra account), the additional cost is calculated for the remaining months with the same discount.
Example: If you have 5 months remaining on your annual Pro plan and decide to add an extra account, the additional payment will be calculated as follows:
5 (months) × $20 (add-on cost) × 20% discount = $80
This amount will be automatically charged to your linked card. Your plan will be updated immediately, and you’ll be able to use the new feature right away.
🟣 Premium Plan
The Premium plan is for those who want maximum capabilities — no limits on accounts, team members, or interactions. Includes both ChatPlace AI and Gamification.
