Payment generation:
Fundamentals
When you upgrade to the Pro plan, you will only pay for the days until your next payment. For example, if you activated your subscription on April 1 and added the Gamification package on April 15, the cost of this package will be $22.5.
Withdrawals for enhancements are immediate and are automatically charged to the linked bank card.
If you have the Pro yearly plan, the cost of any upgrade will also be calculated proportionally for the remaining paid period, including the 20% discount.
For additional packages of AI requests, payment is charged automatically under Additional Packages:
Pro plan — 1,000 AI requests for $15
Premier plan — 1,000 AI requests for $10
Auto-recharge: if fewer than 50 AI requests remain, the system will charge your linked card for an additional AI request package. If the payment fails, the system will retry when the balance reaches 0. If the second attempt also fails, the final attempt will occur 24 hours later. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the AI agent will stop, and you will need to manually pay for AI requests in your ChatPlace account.
Rollover: unused AI requests carry over to the next month.
You can see the remaining request balance next to your account icon in the lower-left corner of the screen, as well as in your personal dashboard under “Billing & Plans.”
Adding new functions in Pro Plan
You can add an unlimited number of additional packages in the Pro plan for an additional fee. In the Unlimited plan, all of these are already included in the subscription price.
Adding a new account slot (bot)
On the page of all automations, click on the "+" icon near the list of connected accounts. If there is no slot available, the system will offer to buy it. The amount will be deducted from the linked bank card and you will be redirected to the page of adding a new account.
Adding Gamification
Go to the Gamification section and start creating a new game. If you do not have this package, the system will prompt you to purchase it.
Adding ChatPlace AI
The system will prompt you to add and purchase the ChatPlace AI package when you use any AI-powered feature in the service — for example, when activating an AI agent, attempting to create an automation using AI, using AI inside automations, improving scripts or message text, etc.
In the pop-up window, you can review the AI capabilities in the service and connect the AI package:
The system will notify you of the cost of the feature based on your current plan. When you click the “Enable” button, the amount will be charged to your linked card. During the trial period, upgrades to the plan are added for free; the charge will occur after the trial ends, based on the final composition of the plan.
❗ Be careful! We do not give refunds for accidental addition of the new features (packages), regardless of the date of the payment.
Subscription Change
ChatPlace has 2 options to change your subscription:
Switching to a different plan
Changing the configuration of your current subscription (available for Pro only)
To change your subscription, go to the Account/ Subscription section . Click on the name of your plan and select one of the appropriate options.
If you want to switch from Premium plan to Pro plan, a window with tariff plan selection will automatically open when you click on the name of your plan. Then follow the instructions of the service.
If you want to change the configuration of the current plan (available only for Pro), select "Change configuration" and follow the instructions.
Here you can delete unnecessary features:
You cannot reduce the number of accounts if all slots are in use. Delete an account to free up slots. To remove Gamification, stop the active game.
❗Be careful! We do not give refunds for the removed features (packages) that have already been paid for, regardless of the date of the payment.
Subscription Information
To see payment date, costs, payment history:
Click on your ChatPlace account avatar in the lower left corner
Select My Account from the pop-up window
Go to the Subscription section
💡 If you have a Free plan, the Subscription section displays the remaining number of free interactions.
To see a detailed breakdown of the number of interactions used and features connected, as well as the pricing for your subscription:

How to Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by yourself:
Click on your ChatPlace account avatar in the lower left corner
Select My Account in the pop-up window
Go to the Subscription section
Near the price, click on Unsubscribe and then confirm your choice. The subscription will be active until the end of the paid period, and after that it will be automatically cancelled. If you cancel the subscription, the auto-renewal function will be cancelled as well. Also in this section you can delete the linked bank card or change it to another one.
You can always return to this section and renew your subscription.
❗Be careful! We do not issue refunds for accidentally activated or not cancelled subscriptions.
Subscription Refunds
ChatPlace is a SaaS service (you only rent it for a certain period of time), so there are no refunds for subscriptions.
But, if you forgot to cancel your subscription and were automatically charged, please contact technical support within 3 days. Our team will be able to credit the charged amount to your account as bonuses, which can be used to pay for a new subscription in the future.
