Go to next step feature

Allows you to send the next message, or condition, or action to the client.

To avoid clicking the button again and triggering the automation for the second time, we recommend NOT to use the Multiple Button Click setting.

When the setting is disabled, the button can only be clicked 1 time.

Follow the link feature

Available for Quick Replies in Telegram and Buttons in Instagram.

Allows you to add a link to the button. When clicked, the client will be redirected to a website, a Telegram channel, a file on Google Drive and so on.

Click tracking/Assign tags on click feature

To track the click on the button, please, use this function.

When a button is clicked, the client will be assigned a tag or tags that were selected during customization. This will remind the customer to click on the link after some time if they have not done so. The following scheme can be used for this purpose:

  1. Send a message with a link attached to the button .

  2. Set a delay for 5 minutes (by this time the client will have opened the link).

  3. After 5 minutes, the assigned tag/tags are checked(which were set when customizing the button).

  4. If the tag/tags are assigned to the client, it means that they have clicked on the button and followed the link. In this case we can continue the interaction and thank them for clicking.

  5. If the tag/tags are not assigned to the client, it means they didn't click the button. In this case we can resend the link.
