If you have several accounts connected, you can select the necessary channel, Instagram or Telegram to sort them out individually.

The section has convenient filtering - you can search for clients by name, select accounts and tag. Thanks to this feature you can get a list of clients matching these parameters:

Sorting of clients by date/update of dialog, or by name is also available.

Each client's dialog status is visible on the right side.

If the dialog box is open - the client will have a green status "✅", if you hover over this icon - you will see the time left until the dialog box closes.

If the Instagram dialog box is closed or the client has blocked the Telegram bot - the client's status will be red "❌".

If you click on a client, its card will open:

The card collects all information and data of a particular client, which he left through the "Сollect client data" Action.

In the card you can check the status of the dialog box, remove or add tags, if necessary - you can delete the client.

Also, the customer card displays the values of all variables assigned to this user.

When using data collection, you can specify any data or parameters from the client, save them to different variables, and the values of any variables are immediately displayed in the client card.
