Analytics is a specialized section that provides analytical data for a certain period of time for each automation in the project in the form of diagrams.

The main purpose of the Analytics section is to provide an in-depth understanding of the efficacy of your automations. In turn, will allow you to eliminate failed scenarios and focus on more successful solutions.

By analyzing data on user interactions with your automations - you can identify weaknesses and improve the content provided, with increased user satisfaction and overall conversion.

We can say: automation analytics is a powerful tool for improving various aspects, from increasing efficiency of automations and engagement with your product, to raising sales and improving the relationship between you and your customers.

To get the data on a particular automation:

  1. Go to Analytics section

  2. Select the desired account

3. Select the desired automation

A chart will appear in front of you:

Below we'll go into more detail about the available metrics and parameters.

Time Period

To familiarize yourself with the indicators, first of all, set the desired time period. You can do it in the upper right corner, above the diagram:

The default time period is a month, but you can select day, year or other time period.

To choose the period:

  • Click on the Other Period option

  • Specify the dates of period of time you wish to get the data for

  • Click on Select Period

The chart will immediately change to show the indicators for the specified period.

Indicators

You can see several indicators on the diagram:

  1. Customers - unique launches of this automation for the selected time period

  1. Conversions - users who performed a targeted action in your automation, reaching the Record Conversion action

  1. Total Conversions - the ratio of the number of customers to the number of conversions

Horizontal scale of the chart - Time Period

Vertical scale of the diagram - number of Customers and Conversions

The blue color on the diagram shows data on clients: if you put the cursor over a certain date - you will see the number of clients who launched your automation on that day.

The gray color on the chart shows data on conversions: if you hover over a certain date - you will see the number of conversions (customers who reached the Record Conversion action inside the automation) on that day.

Next to each metric, you can see the percentage from the previous month.

  • percentages in the green oval mean that the performance in the current time period is better than in the previous period.

  • percentages in the red oval mean that the current time period is worse than the previous period.

Example: If you select the month from April 15 to May 15 as the time period, the percentages next to the indicators of the selected period will be shown in relation to the previous month from March 15 to April 15.
