Customer analytics allows you to evaluate the customers of each particular automation. Thanks to it, you can compare different traffic sources in different automations, identify the most effective solutions that attract your target audience, and exclude sources that bring bots to your account instead of live customers.

Customer analytics is available in the section Automations.

  1. Select the desired automation

2. Click on three dots in the upper right corner of the automation card

  1. In the drop-down menu, select Clients

The list of clients of this automation will open in front of you:

All customers are sorted by date and time since the automation was first launched, from new to old.

Displayed avatar, name, and username will allow you to conduct primary analytics: distinguish real people from bots, determine the time of the day when clients are most active etc. All those data will be necessary when planning further automation launches and content publishing.

In addition, each of the client's profiles can be quickly accessed by clicking on @username, which, if necessary, will allow you to familiarize yourself with particular clients in detail.
