This is a quick way to create automation without using the builder โ even from a mobile device. It allows you to set up a lead magnet with subscription verification in just a few minutes.
๐ Step 1: Connect your Instagram account
Before starting to create an automation, you need to connect your Instagram account:

โ๏ธ Step 2: Create an automation
Once the account is connected, open the "Automations" section.
At the top of the list, you will see a button for quickly creating automations based on a key word.

Click on this button to start creating the automation. The setup process is divided into three stages.

From a mobile device, you can use the preview in the top right corner:
At any stage of the setup, you will see how the chatbot's dialogue with the client will look and how the auto-replies in comments will appear.
Saving to draft
All data is automatically saved to drafts. If you exit the automation settings, the parameters and messages will be saved:
If you attempt to create the automation again, the system will offer you to either set up the scenario saved in drafts or create a new automation:
๐ Stage 1: Setting up parameters
Account selection
If your project has multiple accounts connected, select the desired Instagram account for which this automation will be created:
Subscription check
Enable the subscription check if you want the lead magnet to only be provided to subscribers:
If you enable the subscription check, the system will verify the subscription status and offer the client to subscribe if they are not already subscribed, but will not give the lead magnet without a subscription.
Trigger Action
Select the actions that will trigger the chatbot.
Trigger options:
Direct message.
Comment on a post or Reels.
You can select both options simultaneously.
If the automation should only be triggered by comments on a specific post, select only the comment option โ after that, you will be able to select the desired post from your profile.
Additional Options:
Set sensitivity to the trigger word:
Any message or comment.
Partial match (phrase contains the keyword).
Exact match โ the client's message must match the trigger exactly (e.g., the trigger "price" will not work if the client writes "what's the price").
After setting up the first stage, click "Next" to continue.

Welcome message
You can add an image (square, JPG/PNG/GIF up to 5MB).

The message can contain up to 500 characters, with a button name (up to 20 characters).
Message if is not following:
Offer the user to subscribe and provide a button to check the subscription status.
The button will be reusable โ the bot will only let the client proceed after they have actually followed.
Lead magnet delivery
The final message in the automation that contains your lead magnet.
Write the text for the message, come up with a button name, and add the link that will be embedded in the button:
Scenario Without Subscription Check:
If you donโt need a subscription check, the scenario will consist of two messages: "Welcome" and "Lead Magnet Delivery":
๐ง Stage 3: Additional Settings
Reminder to collect the Lead magnet
The system will remind the client of the lead magnet button if they don't click it within 10 minutes.
Auto-replies to Comments
If the trigger is "Comment", set up auto-replies.ย The system will offer 5 examples, but you can add your own.

We recommend adding 10+ options, especially with a high volume of comments.
Replies will be sent randomly, creating the feel of a live conversation.
Creating and testing the automation
After setting up the automation, click "Create" โ the chatbot will immediately start working and responding to clients.
To test the automationโs functionality, trigger the action from another account.
