All your payment history and automatic charges are available in your ChatPlace account. If needed, you can view payment details directly in the service or download a receipt/invoice for any transaction.
How to view payment details:
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and go to Billing and plans.
In the Payment History, find the transaction you want and click the “View details” icon
You’ll see full payment details in the pop-up window, and you’ll be able to download the invoice there as well:
How to download an invoice
Your full billing history and receipts are stored in your account. If you want to add your company info to the invoice:
Click your avatar → select “My Account”
In the field with your project name, enter any additional company details (e.g., tax ID, address). Click “Update” to save
To download the invoice in a specific language you should change the language in your profile (bottom-left avatar → select your language):
Go to Billing and plans again and download the invoice — it will reflect the selected language.
