The Live stream comment trigger allows you to trigger automation when a user leaves a comment during your live stream. This trigger is perfect for attracting new clients and actively engaging your audience in real-time.
How it works:
When a user leaves a comment with a keyword during your live stream, the bot automatically replies to them in Direct, triggering the scenario.
Important points:
Live stream author: For your automation to work, you must be the author of the live stream. If you are a co-host, the bot will not be able to see user comments and won’t be able to respond.
Public live stream: The live stream must be open to all users so that the comments can be tracked and used to trigger automation. If it's a live stream for close friends, the bot will not be able to see the user comments either.
The same restrictions apply for triggering from comments in live streams as for comments on posts. For example, the chatbot won’t be able to send more than one message in Direct in response to a comment, and a delay cannot be set as the starting block, etc.
