If you launched the game, tested all the settings, and appear in the leaderboard. However, the points for comments are still not being awarded. This means your Telegram bot has not been added as an administrator in the comments chat of your channel.
To allow the bot to track comments and award points for them, it must be added as an administrator in the comments chat.
How to Fix It
Open the comments chat linked to your Telegram channel.
Tap the chat name at the top of the screen.
Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner to open chat settings.
Go to Administrators.
Tap Add Administrator and select your bot.
Grant the bot all required permissions.
Now test the game again:
Post a new publication
Leave a new comment under it
Check the leaderboard
The system should now correctly count the comments and award points.
