If the leaderboard displays an empty row instead of a player’s username, it means that you deleted the user from your client list but did not block the player in the game settings.
When a user is deleted but not blocked, the system can no longer match their username — resulting in a blank entry in the leaderboard.
What to do in this situation?
To remove the empty row, you will need to know the username of the deleted user. If you know the username,you can block this player in the game settings.
How to block a player:
Open the Gamification section.
Click the “...” next to the active game.
Select “Ban users.”
A window will open. Enter the player’s username without @ or any symbols.
The system will show matching players — select them and confirm the block.
