Accidentally deleted an account from ChatPlace. What happens next?

When you delete an account from a ChatPlace project, all data associated with this account is permanently removed, including:

  • Automations

  • Growth tools and their settings

  • Clients

  • Chats

Unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered.

Please be extremely careful before disconnecting or deleting an account from ChatPlace. Once the account is removed:

  • Technical Support cannot restore any connected data.

  • The system does not keep backups of automations or client lists tied to that specific account.

If you reconnect the account again later:

  • All settings will need to be configured from scratch.

  • Automations, tools, lists of clients — everything must be recreated manually.
