When you delete an account from a ChatPlace project, all data associated with this account is permanently removed, including:
Automations
Growth tools and their settings
Clients
Chats
Unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered.
Please be extremely careful before disconnecting or deleting an account from ChatPlace. Once the account is removed:
Technical Support cannot restore any connected data.
The system does not keep backups of automations or client lists tied to that specific account.
If you reconnect the account again later:
All settings will need to be configured from scratch.
Automations, tools, lists of clients — everything must be recreated manually.
