What the subscription condition does
The Subscription condition allows you to check whether a client is subscribed to your Instagram account. With this condition, you can give access to valuable materials only to users who are followers.
Important note: You can check subscription only for the Instagram account connected to the automation.
How it works
The system automatically checks whether the user follows your account. This check is invisible to the client — you do not need to ask the user to subscribe beforehand, because the user may already be subscribed.
Condition passes → the user is subscribed.
Condition fails → the user is not subscribed.
Important: If your automation starts from a comment, do NOT set the subscription check as the start block.
When a user interacts with your account for the first time via a comment, Instagram does not provide profile data to the system — meaning subscription status is unknown. Such a user will always appear as “not subscribed,” even if they are.

How to set up the Subscription condition
Add a Condition block in your automation scenario.
From the list, select Subscription.
Click on any empty space in the workspace to save the block.
Example: Subscription check with bonus delivery
Goal: Give a bonus only to followers.
Create a neutral message (no subscription requirement yet).
Add a button leading to the Subscription condition.
If the subscription condition passes: provide the bonus OR continue the flow.
If the subscription condition fails:
Send a message inviting the user to subscribe.
Add a multiple button click that leads back to the subscription check.
Add another message for quick navigation to your profile:
Use Text + Quick reply
Write your username with no spaces, e.g.,
@username
