Auto replies to comments in Instagram is a very strong and useful tool in ChatPlace's arsenal.
Thanks to this feature, the bot can reply to users' comments on your behalf, this will save you time and please your audience. When users see that you are responding to their comments immediately - first of all, they are delighted to be seen and heard, and secondly, they see you as a person who is willing to give them time and attention.
Auto-replies to comments are set up in the Growth Tools/Comments reply section.
When you first open this section - click on the "New reply” button
An intuitive customization window will open in front of you:
Come up with a name for this autoresponder so you don't confuse it with the others
Set a suitable trigger to which the bot will react and respond
Choose under which of your posts/publications the bot will respond to comments

Prescribe auto-responses that will be sent on your behalf to users' comments:
The more auto-replies you have, the better. If there are several auto-responses, they will be sent in random order. Try to make them diverse and useful.
There are daily limits on various activities on Instagram. The limit for comments is from 150 to 300 per day. Therefore, if your auto-replies were working, but suddenly stopped - do not rush to get upset, just check if the automations are triggered - there are no problems with the account, the daily limits have just run out, when Instagram fills up the limits, the responses to comments will work again.
After creating an auto-reply, don't forget to turn it on, from now on the bot will monitor the comments under your posts, find the key ones and reply on your behalf!
