Mass mailings are a convenient and useful tool that allows you to send a message to all available users at once.

But there are some limitations, we'll talk about them below.

In Instagram, newsletters work according to the 24 hour dialog rule. Read more in this article.

  1. First, the user must be active in your Direct (reaction/response to a story, message/click on a button in an automation script, your account tagged in their story).

  2. Once the user has activated the 24 hour dialog box - the user can launch any bots and their account becomes available for mass mailings within 24 hours.

In Telegram there is no time limit and mailings can be sent at any time as long as the user does not block the bot.

A mailing can be sent to the entire customer base, or only to those users who have a certain tag.

The mailing can be sent at once or at a specific date and time.

Please note that the service uses the UTC+0 time zone, so when creating a mailing, be guided by the difference with the local time.

1. Open the "Broadcasts" section and click on the "New" button.

2. Pick up a newsletter name and choose an account from which this newsletter will be sent, click the “Create” button.

3. After that you will see the usual constructor, where you can write the script of the mailing:

If the mailing is already in the status "Sending" - you can't cancel it.

We do not recommend using a delay function in mailings. If you need to send a large script through a mailing, it is better to first customize the entire script inside the automation and then create such a mailing:

Before sending a mailing to clients, we recommend testing the mailing on yourself to exclude all errors.

1. To do this, add a unique tag that no one else has:

2. And when customizing the newsletter, select recipients with this tag:

3. After you have tested the newsletter on yourself, you can duplicate it and send it to your clients.
