What is considered an interaction?

Interaction is the very first message exchange between a new client and automation (bot) or a new client and chat administrator (employee) during the payment period.

On the Free tariff plan there is no payment period and it is not limited in time, but on the Pro plan it is 1 calendar month. In other words, it is the period until which your subscription is valid. For example, if you paid for the Pro tariff plan on April 3, the payment period will be from April 3 to May 3.

Only unique interactions count towards the limits. These are communications that occurred for the very first time with your new client.

For example, if a new client launched an automation for the very first time on April 5, and then launched another automation again on April 7, only the first launch will be counted as unique interaction. All subsequent communications with this client will not be taken into account.

How are interactions counted?

On the Free plan 100 interactions are available. Let's imagine that on March 1 you registered in the service (and therefore received the Free tariff plan). Then in April you set up the first automation and 30 new clients started it. In May you made another automation, which was launched by 50 clients (but 20 of them had already launched the first automation in April). So, you only used 60 interactions (30 + 50 - 20). And you have 40 more interactions left, they can be used either in 1 day, 1 month or 1 year.

Once the limit of free 100 interactions is up, all the service functions will stop completely without the possibility to update them. After switching to the Pro or Unlimited plan, everything will work as before, and you will be able to start using the service without restrictions.

There are no restrictions on the number of interactions during the trial period of the Pro plan. After switching to the paid Pro version, the limit of accumulated interactions will be reset.

On the Pro plan 1000 interactions per month are available. The limit is updated immediately after paying for the next month. If this limit is exceeded, the service will charge an additional fee for each new package of 500 interactions. The number of additional packages is unlimited.

Let's imagine that you paid for a Pro subscription on August 1. From August 1 to September 1, your automations have triggered 957 new customers. You haven't exceeded the limit of 1,000 interactions, so you will not be charged for additional packages.

Consider a different situation. On September 5, you paid for a Pro subscription and ran 5 different automations. From September 5 to October 5, 5167 customers launched their automations, with only 3155 of them being new and unique. You had used up your limit of 1,000 interactions, and you needed 5 additional packages as well (500 interactions in each package). The fee for 5 additional packages will be charged from your bank card along with the fee for the next payment period.

There is no limit on the number of interactions with the Unlimited tariff plan. All is included in the monthly price.
