The "Improve flow with AI" feature is a powerful tool for refining the text in your automation scenario using a neural network. It helps make messages more structured, persuasive, and cohesive, without requiring copywriting skills.
Note! To use the "Improve flow with AI" feature and other AI-powered features, you need the Pro Plan with the additional "ChatPlace AI" package or the Unlimited plan, which already includes all enhancements.
How the "Improve flow with AI" Feature Works
Once your automation scenario is set up and all blocks are in place, you can use "Improve flow with AI" to have the neural network refine the texts in your scenario.
Click the "Improve flow with AI" button in the lower right corner of the automation builder.
Before using the improvement feature, we recommend creating a copy of your flow.
This is crucial because once the improvements are applied, reverting to the original version will not be possible. Create a duplicate of your flow and apply improvements there to keep the original intact.
The improvement process will begin: Message texts and button names will be modified, but the flow’s structure will remain unchanged. The blocks, connection arrows, and buttons also won't change.
This feature is perfect if you do not have a copywriter to rewrite each message. The AI will carefully rework and improve the text in your flow.
How to edit text after improvement
Once your flow has been improved, you can review it and make further adjustments to the message texts if necessary. The AI text assistant in the message editor makes this easy. With this tool, you can:
Rephrase and modify text.
Correct errors.
Adjust the mood or tone of the message.
This function allows you to customize the text to make it more engaging and suited to your audience.
