Thanks to block-level analytics in the automation builder, you can track how users move through your automation flow, how often they click buttons, and how many follow your links:
What you can see with analytics in the Builder:
Total number of users reaching each block, for example:
The number displayed in the top right corner of any block shows how many users reached that part of the flow — meaning they received the message or passed through that action/condition.
This data helps you identify which parts of your flow are working best. If you notice a drop in the number of users reaching a certain block, it’s a signal to review and possibly update the logic to improve conversions.Interaction rate (CR) within block elements. For example:
The percentage shown next to a button name represents the click rate — how many users clicked that button out of the total who saw the message.
Let’s break it down with the example above: 171 users received the message, 76.61% of them clicked the button — that means 131 users continued to the next step. On the second step, out of 131 users, 94.66% clicked and followed the link: that’s 124 users in total.
We recommend tracking these stats across different automations. It helps you to identify your most effective mechanics, to remove weak spots when setting up new automations and to spot logic errors (for example, if users stop at a certain block and don’t continue).
If you see that users stop progressing at a certain point, test that part yourself to check for any issues — and fix them!
