Instagram does not support sending documents directly. You can only upload a file to a cloud storage service that works best for you (Google Drive, Yandex Disk, OneDrive, etc.) and send the users a link to that file.
Important! It is not recommended to use a link in the first message, especially when triggered by a comment. Instagram doesn’t like this and might hide the message from users.

In Instagram, there are 2 message formats:
Regular message (text + quick reply)
Card template
There are 2 methods for sending a link that will be clickable, depending on the message format.
It’s easy to distinguish between the message formats in the constructor:
Cards allow you to add a button as content.
Regular messages only allow you to add a quick reply.

Text + Quick Reply: In this case, you can send the link within the text of the message, and it will be clickable.
Card templates: In this case, the link in the text will not be clickable. The link can only be placed in the button.
When using a link in the button, you can track whether the user clicked the link or not. If necessary, you can assign a tag to the user and set up a follow-up reminder for users who didn’t click the link.
