How AI credits work
All AI tools use a single credit balance.
One credit is roughly equal to $0.01.
The cost depends on the model, quality, duration and additional operations.
Creator gets 2,500 credits per month, Premium gets 20,000 credits per month.
Pro has no monthly AI balance.
Credits included in your plan renew every billing period. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
Credits you buy separately carry over and stay on your balance until used.

Cancelling and changing your plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the billing section.
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
You can change your plan without losing data or settings.
You can switch to a lower plan only after your current paid period ends. See Subscription management for details.
Subscriptions are non-refundable: ChatPlace is provided as a SaaS service.
