Why adding a bot as an admin
To verify if a user is subscribed to your channel, the bot needs to be an admin of that Telegram channel. Additionally, to receive updates about comments in your channel during gamification, the bot must also be an admin of the comments chat.
Let's take a look at how to assign a bot as an admin.

How to verify if a bot is an admin
After you've made the bot an admin:
Refresh the ChatPlace tab in your browser.
Open the automation builder.
Try setting up the "Subscription" condition.
If you see your channel in the list, it means that the bot is now an admin.
If your channel is not in the list
If the bot still isn't an admin and you don't see your channel in the list, follow these steps:
Remove the bot from the list of administrators.
Add it again using the mobile app.
Refresh the browser page and try creating the condition again.
Sometimes, Telegram doesn’t instantly assign admin rights to a bot. It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. Additionally, Telegram might not grant all the necessary permissions right away.
If that happens, just repeat the steps above.
