Number of followers condition

This condition allows you to check whether a user has a minimum number of followers. It can be used to exclude small or low-quality accounts from participating in your activities — for example, to prevent small accounts from joining gamification mechanics.

Important! Instagram may sometimes fail to provide profile data for certain users. Always test the follower count condition before launching automations for real clients.

Some users create multiple small or fake accounts. Checking follower count helps filter out low-quality participants and focus on real clients and your target audience.

How it works

In the condition block, you specify the minimum number of followers required. The system automatically checks whether the client meets the requirement.

The check is invisible to the user and can be placed anywhere in the flow.

  • If the user has enough followers → the condition passes, and they continue in the flow.

  • If the user does not have enough followers → the condition fails, and you can send a message explaining they cannot participate.

How to set it up

  1. Add a Condition block inside your automation.

  2. From the list, select Number of followers.

  3. Specify the minimum required number of followers.

  4. Click on any empty space in the workspace to save the block.

Example use case

Add the follower count check at the start of a game automation to filter out small accounts early:

  • Create a message inviting the user to join the game.

  • Add a button that leads to the Number of followers condition.

  • If the follower count is too low — inform the user they cannot participate this time.

  • If the follower count is sufficient — you may add a subscription check to ensure only your followers can join the game.

  • If the client meets all criteria — continue with the rules, prizes, and tasks of your game.
