The Home section is the main dashboard of the service — a place where all key information and up-to-date project data is collected.
This section includes important analytics, helpful hints, and shortcuts for working with the platform.
1. 📚 Stories
At the top of the screen, you’ll see stories — short cards that contain:

Feature explanations
Product updates
👉 Tip: Check the stories regularly — you can often find valuable insights that help you use ChatPlace more effectively.
2. 📈 Analytics block
This block shows summary data for the last 7 days:
• Active clients
The number of users you can currently message:
Their 24-hour Instagram messaging window is open, or
They have not blocked your Telegram bot
Displayed as a total across all connected accounts.
• New clients
These are users who were added to your client base within the last 7 days — regardless of whether they interacted with the bot. A percentage comparison with the previous week is shown:
🟢 Green — growth
🔴 Red — decrease
You can view the full client list in the Clients section.
• Automation launches
Shows how many times automations were triggered in the last 7 days. All launches are counted — even if the same user triggered an automation multiple times.
A percentage comparison with the previous week is also displayed.
👉 The More details button opens the full Analytics section with detailed automation statistics.
