3. Ways to create automations
ChatPlace offers 3 ways to create automations:
1) Create automation manually. In this case, you write the script manually and set up the sequence of actions for the chatbot from scratch. You can set up an automation of any complexity depending on the task and your creativity.
We recommend preparing at least a brief plan of the automation, message texts, and attachments that the chatbot will send. This will speed up the setup process and allow you to achieve a better result. The script will be cohesive and smooth.
2) Add a ready-made template. In this case, you can choose a template from the ChatPlace template library, then just edit the message texts and add attachments if needed.
The script in each template is already set up and ready for use, but if needed, you can take the template as a base for automation and modify or customize it to suit your tasks.
3) Create automation using the neural network. In this case, you only need to write your request, specifying the task for the automation, the number of messages, the final goal, and any preferences. The neural network will then generate a ready automation script that you only need to edit and launch.
