In this guide, we will review the automation card itself, the analytics displayed on it, and all settings you can apply to your automation.

Data displayed on the automation card

1. Automation name: Displayed at the top of the card

You can change the automation name inside its settings (explained below).

2. The Status indicator is to the left of the automation name:

  • Green icon — automation is enabled

  • Grey icon — automation is disabled

3. Clients: This number shows how many unique users have launched this automation.

If the same user launches the automation multiple times, they will still count as one unique client in the list.

4. Conversion rate: This percentage shows how many users completed an important action in the automation (for example: clicked a link, submitted a phone number) relative to the total number of users who started the bot.

5. Linked account: At the bottom of the automation card, you’ll see the account the automation is connected to

The automation parameters are located on the right side of the automation name:

Let's review each parameter in detail

Enable / disable automation

This parameter allows you to turn an automation on or pause or block its ability to launch.

Duplicate automation

This parameter creates a full copy of the automation. You can duplicate it to any connected account.

How to duplicate:

  • Click Duplicate

  • Change the name (optional)

  • Choose the account where the copy should be placed

  • Click Duplicate

Important: If the automation was created for Instagram, but the copy is for Telegram (or vice versa), the system will automatically replace unsupported blocks with equivalent ones.

After duplication, carefully review all blocks and arrows to ensure the structure is correct.

Triggers are not duplicated — you must configure the trigger separately in the copied automation.

Move to group

This option allows you to place the automation inside a group folder.

Grouping automations helps organize flows created for different purposes.

Bot link

This provides a direct link to the Instagram or Telegram account for which the automation was created. You can quickly copy this link.

⚠️ Important: This is only a link to your IG account or Telegram bot — clicking it does not launch the automation.

To create a link that launches a specific automation, use this guide.

Clients

This option opens the client list for the automation. Clients are sorted from newest to oldest.

Automation settings

Inside the automation settings, you can:

  • Rename the Automation - Update the name displayed on the automation card.

  • Enable “Work without interruption” - This setting allows the automation to maintain delays even when multiple automations may run in parallel.

Deleting an automation

This permanently deletes the automation.

⚠️ Important: Deletion is irreversible.
